• All of our products are handmade in the USA by moms, daughters, fathers, fiances, grandmothers (one grandad) -  real, happy people! We choose locally sourced and organic materials whenever possible.
• We are proud of The Swell Company collection, and we want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. All Swell Company products are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please let us know, we will gladly refund or exchange your order.
• Custom orders or personalized items are non-refundable.

Shipping

• Your order will be shipped via United States Post Office.
• Most orders shipping inside the United States take approximately 3-5 days to arrive.
• Canadian orders can take up to 2 weeks to arrive, and international orders, 2-6 weeks, although we have had boxes arrive in France within one week.  Contact us for details regarding international orders.
• We are happy to offer upgraded/expedited shipping by request. You will see an express option available on the shopping cart. Please check this box if you need an item pronto.
